Hey, I’m Seth the proud founder of The Burg.

This brand was born from a deep love for where I come from. I grew up in the heart of The Burg, a small country village that shaped who I am today. From a young age, it was more than just a place to live it was my entire world. The best memories of my life happened there: back road bonfires, early morning fishing, bike rides with my buddies, baseball games, beers around a fire, community events, and having my whole family close by. The Burg wasn’t just home it was the best times of my life.

A huge part of that life was my late papa. He was the hardest worker I’ve ever known the kind of person who led by example and never needed to say much. Whether it was helping others, fixing something up, or just showing up every day, he taught me the value of hard work and pride in everything you do. His example is a big reason why The Burg exists it’s built on the values he lived by: loyalty, humility, and staying true to where you came from.

This past year, I went off to Laurier University. Being away from home made me realize just how special The Burg really is. I started to feel disconnected like a piece of me was missing. That time away helped me see how important it is to be proud of your roots. It made me fall back in love with the place I grew up, and that’s what inspired me to create this brand.

The Burg isn’t just clothing it’s a symbol of home, of family, and of the moments and people that shape us. It’s for anyone who holds their hometown close and knows that where you come from will always be a part of who you are.
